Our Spa is a haven that provides respite from the demanding activities and lifestyle of the exquisite Jackson Hole area. We are a full-service boutique Spa that boasts stunning treatment rooms, a luxurious couples massage room with a large soaking tub, dry sauna, one-of-a-kind eucalyptus steam room, and an outdoor fireside hot tub that will leave you feeling rejuvenated. We pride ourselves on using only the highest quality product lines and employing the most skilled therapists and technicians. SPA ETIQUETTE
Due to being a small and very sought after spa, we encourage you to book as much in advance as possible. We can rarely accommodate last minute requests. All bookings have to be scheduled directly with the Spa.
ILLNESS/COVID PRECAUTIONS
You cannot receive bodywork when you are sick or not feeling well as it is a contraindication to massage. We work hard to follow CDC and local protocols to keep our clients and staff safe. Please contact the Spa for more information.
ENVIRONMENT
Our Spa includes a relaxation room, 4 treatment rooms, a co-ed steam room, sauna, and outdoor private hot tub. Locker rooms are available by request. Our facilities are private for our Spa and Spa Suites Guests Only. We do not offer Day Passes or tours.
ARRIVAL
Please arrive to our Spa Suites building 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time. Our Spa Suites Butlers will invite you to relax and fill out an intake form until your therapist escorts you into the Spa. A delayed arrival will result in limited treatment time at full price.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled treatment(s) time to change or cancel treatment(s) to avoid a 50% service value charge. For groups of 4 or more, contact us at least 48 hours in advance. No show appointments will be charged 75% of service value.
A customary gratuity of 20% will be added to the cost of your treatment(s), this can be changed at your discretion.

*Please note Spa facilities such as the eucalyptus steam room and sauna are only available to guests that have confirmed treatments at The Spa.
